Calling all Heroes!

Quiz question: how often did the basketball team from Den Bosch become champion of the Netherlands up until 2019? The answer: 16 times the club won in the ‘Eredivisie’! Yet there are few habitants from Den Bosch who actually know this. Because of the many name changes the club went through, few know the correct name of the club. Time to change this! Not only with a name that sticks, but also with an exciting and new communication theme!

How to capture the unique mixture of sporting achievements, show and business potential that entails the basketball club from Den Bosch? How to let the fans of basketball know that the club is the place to be, to tell their families that the club is the best night out in town and that it brings possibilities of the business club with sponsors under the attention? This last group is the fastest growing business club in the Netherlands!


We start by placing the mean dealer, between all the different elements that makes the club communicative, in the spotlight. Because on an international level the top-class sport, the unforgettable experience and atmosphere, the ambitions – full of potential, growth and development- and the business possibilities are amazing. This has all been made possible by the collective of Heroes who form public, players, business clubs and the entire city of Den Bosch together. “We are The Amazing”, is the new slogan of Heroes, Den Bosch. This slogan can be communicatively translated to several amazing aspects of the club such as achievements (“We are going European!”), atmosphere (“We are the wow factor!”) or business opportunities (“We are growing our network!”). All of the above has been transferred in a fitting image for the club. A new superhero style as we all know from the stories of superheroes in comics!


The new identity and communication theme have been adapted into all of the different means of communication that together form Heroes! From banners in and around the stadium, to the game schedules, the website and cars of players. The fact that we were allowed to contribute communicatively to the success of the club makes us, as a proud sponsor of Heroes Den Bosch, even more proud!
